3D Print Request Form

Please note: you are limited to three (3) forms per month, which is six (6) 3D print models total. Temporary cards can only fill out one form, then you must get a regular library card to continue use. Requests may take 1-3 days for processing. Prints may take up to 10 days before available for pickup. You can pick up your print at any GCPL library. Please specify the branch in the Comments section below. Jobs cannot exceed 5 hours. Finally, 3Dprinters are in public areas, so the library reserves the right to refuse to print items it deems inappropriate.
